I called Handy Oil Service today to have ACs inspected at new home I am buying, and I cannot thank enough Sara the business manager at Handy Oil, who was amazingly kind to agree on doing the 2 ACs diagnostic on the same day contrary to 7 other HAVC companies at N. Attenborough which failed to do so. Later on the house seller brought her own HAVC Tech and ran the test. I called Sara to cancel the visit and again she was very friendly. Big Kudos and Handy Oil Burner Service and Sara. Definitely they be my first to call for my HAVC issues

Got a new boiler installed along with a few other things replaced. Handy quoted me 1500 less than the other company’s I called. They were very quick to order the boiler and install would definitely recommend. And the woman Sarah i spoke to throughout the whole process was great she took care of everything.

My heating system broke for the 2nd time in 4 years due to shotty work of a 3rd rait company that coincidentally went under so I was left with a broken system and no one to yell at for it called a few companies to get fixed only to find out it would be more expensive to fix than replace so I was pulling my hair out about to have a hart attack when a friend of mine recommend handy oil. I called them and Sara was an amazing help she worked with me every step of the way all the while going above and beyond to help me alleviate my stress and keep me as informed as humanly possible every step of the way she even went as far as to extend in to her personal time to help push everything along so we could get our heat and hot watter back on asap (it only took them 2 days start to finish) I was given a 2 hr window for service man arrival and Lance arrived promptly within the first hour even though he was traveling from Boston to woonsocket he and his helper were friendly and professional getting thrugh the work as fast as possible to get the heat back on and also pinpointed ap potential future issue that was easily resolved. Everything was explained to me as simply as possible so I could understand the process. So in short they made what should have been a nightmare experience (I know I went thrugh this before) in to an almost stress free situation with Sara in my corner the whole time and Lance being so great I would absolutely recommend them to anyone any time.
